Hypnobirthing Complete

This option includes everything offered in the courses- You’ll choose your course dates and attend either the group Hypnobirthing+ class or private Hypnobirthing for Planned Cesarean Birth plus up to 6 hours of additional prenatal or postnatal support, tailored entirely to your needs and wishes.

You can use these 6 hours however you choose, including a mix of the following:

- One-to-one prenatal coaching (e.g. breastfeeding education, creating your birth plans, extended hypnobirthing practice, postpartum planning, birth art, Spinning Babies™, breath work, prenatal yoga, and more)

- Extra training for your birth partner

- Practical postpartum support (e.g. light cleaning, laundry, caring for older children)

- Cooking/meal prep (shopping time is not billed to you), can be pre- or post- natally (so I can make you a freezer meal stash in your home while we chat about your additional prenatal wishes, or postnatally while you nap with or without your baby, or other postnatal needs)

- Homemade, lactation-friendly snacks, postpartum rituals, specially formulated teas and drinks and a birth debrief

- Any combination of the above that suits your family’s needs

Total Cost: 980 CHF
(Includes the full Hypnobirthing+ or Hypnobirthing for Planned Cesarean Birth course fee)

Availability for Postpartum Support:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday mornings (schedule via our booking tool for 1-2 hours per day)

Location:

Additional support: In person (if within 1 hour of Zurich HB) or virtual

Hypnobirthing+ (group class): In person at Familienzentrum Uster (25 minutes from Zurich HB)

Private courses (including Planned Cesarean Birth): Online or in your home
